We are committed to the wellbeing and development of all the children in our care. We recognise each child is unique and ensure each of their personal requirements are catered for. We have a committed support team which help with the implementation of the national early years curriculum and framework and deliver this through our own unique Casterbridge Curriculum.

Quality People
 
We recognise that our most important assets are our people. We seek to work with the best practitioners and have an extensive training and development programme for all staff so they can constantly push best practise forward. We have very good staff retention because, as well as paying premium rates, we are committed to the development of all our team irrespective of experience or qualification through the Casterbridge Curriculum.

Quality Environments
 
We believe in investing in our buildings so that they are as well laid out and equipped as they can be. We put children first in our design concepts such that our premises are as child centred as they can be. We either work in modern purpose built premises or refurbish older buildings so they are appropriate for modern nursery standards.

At Casterbridge, our standards stretch across the board, not just in what we do for the children in our care but also in our hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance and support services. Everyone has the same goal; to support and provide the best service they can.
