Casterbridge Nurseries operates 26 nurseries and preschools in Greater London, East Anglia and the South East of England. Established in 2005, our aim is to provide outstanding childcare and quality nurseries which form an integral part of the local community.

We are committed to the wellbeing, development and happiness of every child in our care. We recognise that each child has individual needs - from babie experiencing care outside the home for the first time, to young children eager to learn - we work to ensure that their personal requirements are catered for. We have a committed support team to help with the implementation of the national early years curriculum and framework and deliver this through our own exemplary Casterbridge Curriculum.

 

We recognise that our most important assets are our people. It is essential that the children in our care are looked after by staff who will meet thier needs at every level and we seek to work with the very best practitioners. We run an extensive training and development programme for all staff ensuring that thier personal development and knowledge of best practice are constantly maintained. As a result we have excellent staff retention resulting in stability for the children we look after.

 

We believe in investing in our buildings so that they are well designed and equipped. We put children first in our design concepts: as a result our premises are as child centred as possible. We work in modern, purpose built premises as well as older buildings which we refurbish to esnure they provide the best possible environment.
